EX-1 is a revolutionary device which allows you to connect your existing manufacturing process to the cloud for Real Time KPI and OEE monitoring in a matter of minutes, and regardless of PLC brand.

Whether your process is fully automatic, semi-automatic or fully manual, EMBEDDEX’ EX-1 got you covered! all you need to do is to connect one sensor to any part of your process that activates once per each cycle completed, or two sensors (one for good parts and one for defective parts) if you also want to monitor quality, and after a brief configuration done with your smartphone you’re good to go and ready to start measuring and monitoring A LOT of relevant data about how well your process is running, downtimes, cycle times, etc.

All of the data gathered is stored in a database hosted in the cloud (don’t trust the cloud? don’t worry! you can send all your data to a local server) and beautifully displayed on our web-based platform, so you can access it anytime, anywhere.
